At Care & Venture, we believe meaningful support begins with understanding the person behind the plan. We take the time to build genuine relationships, listen carefully, and tailor our approach to each participant's goals, strengths and daily life. Our neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice focuses on who each person is, not just what they need.
